Objetivos
OBJETIVOS
• La valoración de los lechos distales es un factor determinante en la planificación terapéutica de pacientes con isquemia de miembros inferiores:
◦ Más del 30% de los pacientes con enfermedad arterial periférica presentan afectación difusa del árbol arterial
◦ Enfermedad en territorio infrapoplíteo: factor de riesgo para desarrollar isquemia crítica
◦ Alternativas terapéuticas: Restauración flujo sanguíneo al pie:
▪ Cirugía
▪ Técnicas endovasculares
• Métodos diagnósticos:
◦ AngioTC
◦ Arteriografía con Substracción digital (ASD)
◦ AngioRM (TWIST)
• El objetivo de esta revisión es determinar la eficacia diagnóstica, en el territorio vascular arterial infrapoplítea, de la secuencia de AngioRM denominada TWIST (time-resolved angiography with interleaved stochastic trajectories. Siemens Healthcare), comparando su rendimiento diagnóstico frente a otras técnicas como el AngioTC o la ASD
