Objetivos
1. Conocer la prevalencia del tromboembolismo pulmonar hospitalario en nuestro medio.
2. Analizar las características clínicas y los principales factores de riesgo de esta población.
3. Valorar las diferentes medidas vasculares, ratio ventricular, morfología del septo interventricular en el estudio de Tomografía Computarizada de arterias pulmonares en estos pacientes como factores predictivos de su evolución
Material y métodos
Se examinó una cohorte de pacientes con tromboembolismo pulmonar diagnosticados mediante Tomografía Computarizada de arterias pulmonares y reclutados entre el 1 de enero de 2008 y el 30 de junio de 2011, con recogida de 80 variables y seguimiento hasta noviembre de 2014.
