Correlación de los índices de Adragao y Kauppila con el score de Agatston en pacientes con Enfermedad Renal Crónica 4- 5

Objetivos
Determinar la correlación del score de calcificación coronaria en TC mediante el índice de Agatston y los índices de Adragao ( calcificación arterial periférica) y Kauppila (calcificación aórtica) mediante Rx simple en pacientes con ERC (enfermedad renal crónica) 4-5 para valoración del daño vascular asociado a su enfermedad.
Material y métodos
Estudio observacional prospectivo durante 2 años en pacientes con ERC 4-5, no en diálisis, sin antecedentes de enfermedad arterial periférica ni ACV. No excluyente la presencia de cardiopatía isquémica.
