Describir la utilidad de la imagen PET-TC tanto en el nódulo pulmonar como en el manejo del paciente con CPNM. Explicar el rendimiento en la estadificación N frente a otras pruebas diagnósticas. Exponer la importancia de la imagen metabólica en la planificación de radioterapia, en la detección de recidivas y en la respuesta a los tratamientos
