Importancia y papel de la TC-Perfusión en los cuadros simuladores de ACVA

Demostrar la utilidad de la TC-Perfusión (TCP) en el manejo del infarto cerebral agudo, haciendo hincapié en los hallazgos por imagen de las diferentes entidades que se comportan clínicamente como tal, sin serlo.
Resaltar la importancia de realizar un correcto diagnóstico diferencial con base a evitar un uso inadecuado del tratamiento fibrinolítico.
