OBJETIVOS:
Analizar los hallazgos postraumáticos encontrados en los primeros 250 estudios TC total body realizados en nuestro hospital tras la implantación en el Servicio de Urgencias de un protocolo de politraumatismo.
MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS
• Estudio retrospectivo en pacientes con politraumatismo triados en el Servicio de Urgencias a los que se realizó un TC total body.
• Se recogieron hallazgos de los primeros 250 TC total body realizados desde la apertura del hospital en abril de 2012 hasta marzo de 2017.
• El protocolo que se utilizó para el manejo del politraumatizado está basado en las recomendaciones de la ATLS (advanced trauma life support)1
