Resumen

OBJETIVOS

Valorar ciertas variantes en radiología de cabeza y cuello (calcificación de la tróclea, dientes supernumerarios, concha bullosa, sutura metópica ) a las que clásicamente se les ha asociado patología u otras variantes anatómicas.
Analizar los hallazgos por imagen y la presencia de patología asociada en TC de senos paranasales.

MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS

Se revisa una población de 603 pacientes diabéticos con seguimiento asistencial en nuestro centro.
De estos pacientes, 108 disponían de TC de cráneo
Se analizaron los estudios de TC para valorar la presencia de calcificación de la tróclea Además se revisaron los controles de glucemia de cada paciente constatando la estabilidad de la hemoglobina glicosilada en los últimos años (mínimo 5 años)
