OBJETIVO DEL ESTUDIO
Evaluar la validez de la tomosíntesis más mamografía sintetizada, en comparación con la mamografía digital 2D en cribado poblacional de cáncer de mama.
MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS
• Estudio retrospectivo
• Entre 1 enero 2015 y 31 diciembre de 2016
• 8120 mujeres procedentes de cribado poblacional de cáncer de mama
• Edades comprendidas entre 50 y 69 años
• Realizamos tomosíntesis más mamografía sintetizada de ambas mamas en dos proyecciones (CC y OML a 45º)
• Número de imágenes de tomosíntesis variaron según espesor mamario (entre 30 y más de 90)
• Evaluadas por dos lectores expertos en mamografía
• Lectura única y CAD
