Introducción y objetivos
Basándonos en resultados de ensayos previos que valoran el rendimiento de la RM preoperatoria en la estadificación del cáncer de mama , parece existir una
influencia directa en el planteamiento quirúrgico de las pacientes diagnosticadas de cáncer de mama [1].
Material y método
• Estudio retrospectivo sobre cohorte de 787 pacientes consecutivas que se realizaron estudio mediante RM de mama en el Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal
durante el año 2016, seleccionando aquellas cuyo procedimiento diagnóstico se realizó como parte del protocolo preoperatorio. (Todos los estudios de imagen están almacenados en el Picture Archiving and Communication System del hospital)
