BAV guiada por ecografia como tratamiento de los papilomas intraductales

Objetivos
Exponer nuestra experiencia, en la técnica de Biopsia Asistida por Vacio (BAV) guiada por ecografia, como tratamiento alternativo a la cirugía de las lesiones mamarias compatibles con papiloma intraductal.
Material y métodos
Se evaluaron retrospectivamente, entre las fechas Enero 2009 y Marzo 2016, los pacientes con lesión sugestiva o confirmada de papiloma*, de tamaño igual o inferior a 25mm., a los que se practicó Biopsia Asistida por Vacio (BAV) guiada por ecografia como tratamiento, en total nuestra serie consta de 22 casos.
