Objetivos Docentes
El objetivo de esta comunicación es presentar e ilustrar los nódulos pulmonares como un hallazgo radiológico relacionado con complicaciones en el trasplante de pulmón y mostrar sus peligros potenciales.

ANTECEDENTES:
El trasplante de pulmón unilateral o bilateral es un procedimiento aceptado como tratamiento para la etapa final de la enfermedad pulmonar [1]. La supervivencia tras el trasplante de pulmón ha mejorado en gran medida debido a una mejor reservación de los órganos de donantes, los avances en la técnica quirúrgica, la mejora en la terapia inmunosupresora y el
reconocimiento temprano de las complicaciones por técnicas de imagen [2,3].
