Objetivos
• La información que proporciona la angio TC es determinante para el manejo terapéutico de los pacientes con hemorragia digestiva baja aguda
• El objetivo de este póster es evaluar la influencia de los hallazgos en la angioTC en la elección del procedimiento terapéutico en los pacientes con hemorragia digestiva baja aguda.
Material y métodos
Se trata de un estudio observacional retrospectivo en el que se han incluido pacientes que han acudido al Servicio de Urgencias de adultos de un hospital terciario presentando signos de HDBA.
El periodo de recogida de datos se ha llevado a cabo desde octubre de 2009 hasta octubre de 2013.
Se incluyeron pacientes mayores de edad que presentaban rectorragia/hematoquecia, o melenas con endoscopia digestiva alta negativa.
