Valor de la ecografía en el estudio urgente de la patología musculoesquelética.
Revisar los hallazgos ecográficos guía en los distintos grupos de patología que permitan un diagnóstico rápido y precoz para facilitar la toma de decisiones terapéuticas en el servicio de urgencias.
Revisión del tema
La patología musculoesquelética de la extremidad inferior constituye un volumen importante de las consultas urgentes realizadas en nuestro hospital.
Hay dos grandes grupos de patología que acuden a las urgencias musculoesquelética: la fiebre con focalidad osteoarticular y la patología traumática.
