Objetivos
Revisar los hallazgos de imagen en las fracturas traumáticas toracolumbares utilizando la clasificación TLICS (Thoraco-lumbar Injury Classification severity and Score), como herramienta para su abordaje pronóstico y terapéutico.
Material y métodos
Se revisan caso de fracturas traumáticas toracolumbares diagnósticadas en nuestro centro, se analiza la biliografía actualizada del tema y se clasifican según el sistema TLICS.
